Augmented Reality Games are going to be huge.

Google has been working on a game project for android which is in closed beta.  It's called Ingress and It's going to be released to the world soon.  

Augmented reality games allow you to interact with the world around you.  Ingres is played out on the streets of your city and requires you to get out and participate in the investigation of "power anomolies" in your area which you can then interact with for points.

Augmented reality games have been around for a while now but they have never really gone mainstream.  Kinect for the xbox360 is similar to AR but not in the traditional sense.

There are AR games that allow you to use your phone's camera to fight off zombies around you.  point your phone at them to see them and tap to fire.

Ingress will very likely propel the popularity of AR games and raise the bar for developers.  The reviews all say it's very fun to play.  I signed up for the beta, but it may be released before I get accepted.
