A chatlog today confirms the rumors heard yesterday. The anomaly on 03/16 has shifted locations, and will now be centered around the UT Tower on the UT Austin Campus.

I realize that the NIA is behind a great deal of calamity in the world, but we can't blame EVERYTHING on XM research, especially not mere atomic fission. Mere atomic fission is more than half a century old, after all. +Alex Hernandez Unfortunately I guess not. I looked around and found some stuff about turning on captions in i-devices settings, but nothing for Androids. This is strange as the YouTube mobile app even has a captions size setting in the options, so it must be possible somewhere. I tried enabling captions for all videos in my YouTube settings on the site itself, but this did not make it happen either. I even ran across an article that says devices must be made with caption decoding features, and not all include that feature...

I made a post in the Android community and it appears that some videos do indeed have captions on mobile, but I don't know the difference yet. Here's one example: Listen up - Closed Captioning on YouTube Videos [CC] [HQ]
