Quora is a knowledge-sharing community that depends on everyone being able to pitch in when they know something.
Google Apps (service): Can you change the super administrator to a different account within the same domain?
If a Google Apps for Business domain has been set-up with a particular superuser account, is it possible to retrospectively not just delegate super administrator privs but actually re assign them to a different account?

Yes.
An Administrator can give another user Administrator Privileges.
The new Co-Administrator can then remove Administrator Privileges from the other.
The settings are located in the Administration console under:
Organization & users > Privileges
