Changing MX records is easier than it sounds. I'll assume you have a host such as GoDaddy for your domain name and they gave you an administrator control panel to change settings in. Just log in there, look for something like Domain/MX/DNS Records and change the MX records from whatever it is to those on http://www.google.com/support/a/...
