Why do I need to sign in?
Quora is a knowledge-sharing community that depends on everyone being able to pitch in when they know something.
Google Docs: I created a spreadsheet with Google Docs. Can I make someone else the creator/manager?
People are still collaborating on this spreadsheet but I don't want it to be under my Google account anymore.

Yes.
Last, you can change your own access to "Can view" or remove your access if you want to be totally rid of the document.
- Open the document.
- Click the "Share" button in the upper right corner.
- Look through the list of people who have access and find the one you want to transfer ownership to.
- Next to that person's name, switch their access to "is owner".
