On Google Music Beta, can law or police sue or arrest you if your MP3's are pirated?

If you have stolen music, and you are convicted of it, police can arrest you.
Law or police do not usually sue.  Record companies do.

I think there's another question here though.
Will Google detect a stolen MP3 if you upload it and then alert "law or police"?

The world may never know.
