Why do I need to sign in?
Quora is a knowledge-sharing community that depends on everyone being able to pitch in when they know something.What is the best cheap alternative to Google Apps Email for a large organization?
The organization has ~300 email accounts and is in a economically undeveloped Asian country so $50 per account annually is expensive

Might sounds outdated, but I'm really a big fan of Hotmail's hosted options. Their email front end isn't nearly as nice, but their online version of Word & Excel blow Google Apps OUT OF THE WATER, plus you get an online version of OneNote for free, and OneNote is the best way I've ever found to organize thoughts online.
