Currently I have a Google Apps account that I am using email for my own personal domain name and am only to use Google Buzz via my gmail.com account. Will they open Google Buzz to people like me that are using Google Apps for email?

Google has been vague about an 'enterprise' version of Buzz, so there's no indication of when that will be released (or what is exactly the enterprise version). However you can now use Buzz for your domain using your mobile phone. You can also see a Buzz tab on the Google Profile page where you an see comments from your Buzz connections.
