Why do I need to sign in?
Quora is a knowledge-sharing community that depends on everyone being able to pitch in when they know something.When will Google allow Google Apps accounts to use Google Voice?
Like many of their apps, It's currently only available to Gmail users.

Google Apps accounts can use Google Voice as of November 18, 2010. Note the domain administrator must enable Voice for employees to be able to access it. http://goo.gl/rPm9S
