Google Apps (service): When will paid storage come to Google Apps accounts for products such as Picasa?

This has been an oft requested feature.  Ironically, Google has had a page up with pricing that states this feature will be available "in the near future" for over a year: http://www.google.com/support/a/... and you'll notice that these are much higher than one can get for just a regular Google.  I think this is as close as anybody has gotten to an answer.  Since you can buy storage for regular google accounts, it is obviously not a technical problem, and most likely just a political or risk aversion issue.
